Rob Zambito

Founder and CEO

A three-time customer success leader and consultant with over a decade of startup experience, Rob has a proven track record in vertical SaaS and entrepreneurship. His primary expertise lies in managing fast-growing customer success teams, particularly those in the seed to Series B stages. He focuses on transforming customer success teams from cost centers into highly scaled, proactive, revenue-generating expansion functions with the goal of helping companies grow from 0 to $25 million ARR.

Rob’s operational specialties include renewals, upsell, cross-sell, account management, onboarding, support, customer advocacy, business operations, and business intelligence. He welcomes conversations with those looking to improve gross margins or net revenue retention.

His professional interests revolve around consumer psychology and behavioral economics, which he studied at the University of Pennsylvania and continues to explore regularly.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys running, writing, cooking recipes from around the world, and learning languages. He is currently practicing Spanish and Arabic, so feel free to throw a few words his way if you're fluent.
